Easy to read and use

This multimeter is suitable for general purpose electronics and electrical repairs. The big screen is bright and very easy to read even if you have it propped up in the corner of your eyeline while working on something. It is well protected by both the silicone case and the storage case. The storage case works well to keep everything clean and tidy. The instruction booklet is well-written in English and easy to follow. It seems accurate enough, when I test it with known-good components.

The only downsides I can think of are just compromises. The probes are a little large for microelectronics (2mm diameter x 20mm uninsulated length) but that also means that are suitable for higher power electricals, and they are not so spiky that you're always stabbing yourself. It consumes batteries more quickly than meters that just have a small monochrome segment-based LCD, but that's to be expected because of the colour backlit screen.

Gamechanger for people like me

I have lost count of how many times i have had to google or youtube how to set up the switches etc on my old multimeter. This one is unbelievable. On auto it just works it out for itself and gives you a reading. You can even put the probes the wrong way round and it still works! It is like a mobile phone with its large screen and is really clear to read. It has a carry case and some other bits that i will eventually get my head around but really is worth every penny.

Happy to recommend this for hobby & DIY, bit slow for professional use

A bit slow on the auto-ranging/auto detection which is the default function. Noticed a bit of lag when taking readings on AC volts which is not ideal if you're trying to work quick or working at height. The temperature readings drift quite a bit but appear to be within range of my digital thermometer. Otherwise, very clever device, lots of accessories, and many features I have yet to use.

I would say this is a super product and has many uses which I have used for on my car in the house and you get a constant temperature for setting up my brooder
This is so easy to use. You can either use it on automatic set up or just a flick through the arrows and find the one you want. There’s no work out which voltage is what cause it does it all for you I love this product.
